Hello, welcome to the blog about Cape Cod real estate and life on the Cape in general. I am a full-time Realtor with Kinlin Grover GMAC Home Services. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and Accredited Staging Professional. I live in Dennis near Mayflower Beach, and grew up in Massachusetts. Before turning to real estate as a profession I was a labor negotiator for two major unions in New York, my Masters Degree is in Labor Relations. Therefore, I bring a number of skills to the table for either buyers or sellers. Most of all I just love real estate, matching buyers with their dream home or a terrific investment property or helping sellers realize their best return. I speak French, and love to travel. I have lived and taught at the university level in France.
I am active in the community on boards and committees, and in 2009 will give 2% of net commissions to the Housing Action Corporation.
